      Media Files Types Compatible with the eko Platform

      What kind of assets can I upload to create a customer-led experience?

      Overview 

      The optimal asset types are the following:

        • Video: MP4
      • Image: SVG, PNG (optional)

      That said, you can upload any video assets you’d like! It can be an old social media post, a professionally shot video from previous campaigns, or even a video shot from your phone.
